Who operates this website
TrueGrade Septic & Sitework is a regional project connection service available through Sitework Connect. It helps property owners connect with independent local providers for septic installation, excavation, land clearing, grading, drainage and related sitework.
TrueGrade and Sitework Connect do not perform the contracting work advertised through this website. Participating providers are independent businesses responsible for their own estimates, contracts, licensing, insurance, scheduling and workmanship.
Information we collect
When you submit a project request, we may collect the information you provide, including:
- Your name, telephone number and email address
- The town and ZIP code of the project property
- The requested service, project stage and desired timeline
- Project descriptions and other information you voluntarily include
We may also collect limited technical information such as the page used to reach the form, referral and campaign information, browser type, approximate region, and a one-way-protected version of the submitting IP address for spam prevention and request security.
How we use information
We use submitted information to:
- Review and classify your project request
- Determine whether the project is within a provider’s service area
- Contact you or connect you with an appropriate independent provider
- Distinguish pumping requests from installation and excavation requests
- Track lead delivery, service quality and website performance
- Prevent spam, abuse and duplicate submissions
When information is shared
When you request a connection, your submitted information may be shared with one independent local provider offering the requested service in the relevant area. That provider may contact you directly about the project.
Sitework Connect may receive compensation from a participating provider for marketing, lead delivery or an ongoing service relationship. You are not charged by Sitework Connect for submitting a project request, and submission does not require you to hire any provider.
We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect users, investigate abuse or protect the website and its operators.
Service providers and storage
Website hosting, security, analytics, database storage and email delivery are provided using Cloudflare services. Information may be processed and stored in systems operated by Cloudflare and other vendors used to operate the project connection service.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics and operational lead tracking to understand page visits, website performance, referral sources and completed project requests. This information helps us improve the website and understand which marketing sources produce useful inquiries.
Retention and security
Lead information is retained only as reasonably necessary to route requests, document delivery, evaluate results, resolve disputes, prevent abuse and meet legitimate business or legal obligations. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask whether we retain a project request associated with you, request correction of inaccurate information, or request deletion when no longer legally or operationally required. To make a request, email leads@siteworkconnect.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
External providers
Once information is shared with an independent provider, that provider may handle it under its own business practices and legal obligations. Ask the provider directly about its privacy practices before entering into a contract.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as the service, technology or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
